DETECTIVES (rising K-5th grades - Mrs. Christine Bond) - Do you love solving mysteries and coming up with clever solutions to problems? Join Mrs. Bond at Detectives Camp for a week of mystery and wonder! We will play clever games, as well as create the tools and tricks to solving crimes and mysteries. There will even be a mystery guest who can answer your questions about real-life crimes! By the end of the week you will have fine-tuned your ability to notice minor details, draw conclusions and solve mysteries. Strap on those gumshoes and come to Detective Camp!
RACING RASCALS (rising K-5th grades - Mrs. Denise Jones) - Drivers, start your engines! Hop in your car and get ready for a week of racing action. Race to the checkered flag as we design fast cars and a track for races! We'll have pit crew races, hot rod relays and play red-light, green-light. We'll create driver name plates and numbers and a checkered flag. Come on all you racing rascals, let’s zoom into victory lane!
ALL SPORTS (rising K-6th grades - Coach Jennifer Powell) - Come to this camp for lots of action and games! Spend each of the five days playing a variety of team sports including dodgeball, hockey, basketball, soccer, volleyball, whiffle ball and a Friday "free for all." This camp will feature spider ball every day - our most popular and requested game - as well as other fun sports games like ultimate frisbee, kickball and gym ball. Campers will participate in sports skills and drills in the morning and play-off games in the afternoon. Don't miss out on this week of sports fun!
CHEERLEADING (rising K-6th grades - Mrs. Laura Collins) - “It’s time to move; it’s time to groove. Get off your feet and rock it to the beat!” Come join the fun and learn some new cheerleading techniques! We will learn cheers, stunts, jumps and a dance. We’ll also design our own megaphones, practice with our new pom-poms and work on our Friday performance. Safety strategies will be emphasized throughout the entire camp. “So don’t miss out, just come and shout. You give it your best. We’ll do the rest!” CLOSED!!!
GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN (rising 2nd-9th grades - Ms. Laura Sexton) - Calling all girls!! Come and spend a week doing all the things girls love to do. We’ll take a look at some famous girls, young women and athletes who inspire us to be great role models. If you love to laugh, sing, skip and dance around, then this is the best girl camp in town. So, get down and join Ms. Sexton for a fun-filled week of cool arts and crafts and special snacks.
MONETS IN TRAINING (rising 3rd-9th grades - Ms. Mary Ann Parah) - Are you the next budding artist or someone who really enjoys painting and drawing? Join Ms. Parah for a week filled with creativity and artistry. We will create some beautiful paintings as we learn how to work with acrylics, watercolors and oil pastels. We will also learn some neat drawing exercises to help strengthen our drawing skills. We’ll have lots of fun as we create our magnificent masterpieces! CLOSED!!
