SPLISH…SPLASH…SPLAT! (rising K-5th grades - Miss Katie Anderson) - Spend your morning getting messy making fun and silly concoctions, and use the afternoon to wash it all off in wet and wild themed activities! We’ll make everything from shaving cream paint to silly putty. We will spend the week experimenting with everyday materials like Kool-Aid and turning them into art materials like smelly paint. We’ll take our art concoctions and even SPLATTER paint with them. After getting messy in the morning, we’ll wash off with water balloon tosses, races and water fights. We’ll even use the Slip-n-Slide on days that we get really messy! CLOSED!!!
PETS ‘R’ US (rising K-5th grades - Ms. Laura Sexton) - Do you love to go to the pet store? I do! Join Ms. Sexton as we learn all about pets. From household pets to exotic, big or small, we will learn about them all. Come and join this week full of fun-loving animals as we make lots of arts and crafts. Unleash yourself and your pet too! GET YOUR GAME ON! (rising K-6th grades - Mrs. Lucinda Hernandez) - Come for an exciting full week of sports and games. We’ll play all of your favorites like heads up 7 up, 4 corners, kickball, doctor dodge ball, knock out, spider ball and much more. We’ll have contests to see who can throw the best horseshoes and to see who will be our Tic Tac Toe champion! Join us for a week of action and fun. Game on! You’re up!
MEET ME AT THE SPA (rising 2nd-9th grades - Mrs. Chrissy Verchick) - Girls like to do what girls do best…HAVE FUN! Spend a week at the St. Pius Spa Camp doing all the things girls love - manicures, pedicures, facials, make-overs, crafts and yummy snacks. You’ll spend a week relaxing and learning how a healthy lifestyle can be so much fun!
LET’S PAINT! (rising 4th-9th grades - Mrs. Lynn Brunhuber) - Join us for an exciting week of acrylic painting! You will be amazed at the beautiful paintings you will learn to create using the grid method of painting. Get some frames ready to hang these original works of art upon your walls! Whether you are a beginner or need to “brush up” on your technique, this camp has a lot to offer.
SPORTS FANATICS (rising 4th-9th grades - Coach Robert Youtz) - Hey sports fans! Are you tired of sitting on the bench? Join Coach Youtz to sample some of the most popular sports around. Get ready to play a different sport each day such as basketball, lacrosse, soccer and flag football. Morning skills practices and drills will have you ready for afternoon games. Get off that pine and hop in line. Meet me on the court and be ready for some sports
